2. Conditions for Returns To be eligible for a return: item must be returned within 30 days of delivery, in original unused condition, in original packaging with all tags attached, with proof of purchase, and not damaged due to misuse.

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Ship the item back to the address provided. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
4. Refund Process Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item. You will receive an email confirmation once processed. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items Contact us at support@topbasket.shop within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will offer a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost including return shipping.
6. Non-Refundable Items Items returned after 30 days, used or altered items, items without original packaging, digital products, gift cards, Final Sale items, and items damaged due to misuse are not eligible for refunds.
7. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
