  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase
  • A shipping confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched

During peak seasons or sales events, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
