At TopBasket, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order.

We want every shopping experience to feel risk-free — so if something isn't right, we'll make it right.


2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Item is in original, unused condition
  • Item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided
  • Item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items that show signs of use, damage, or are missing original packaging may be subject to a partial refund or rejection.


3. How to Request a Return

The return process is simple:

  1. Contact us at support@topbasket.shop within 30 days of receiving your order
  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided (return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect)
  5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days

4. Refund Process

Once your return is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund is processed
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3–5 business days to appear in your account

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or wrong item, we sincerely apologize. Please:

  • Contact us at support@topbasket.shop within 7 days of delivery
  • Attach clear photos of the item and packaging
  • We will offer a full refund or free replacement at no extra cost to you — including return shipping

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Items returned after the 30-day window
  • Used, washed, or altered items
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  2. Contact your credit card company — processing times vary
